What I Do

I help public sector organizations build the governance frameworks, staff capacity, and community trust needed to adopt AI and data tools responsibly. My work spans strategy development, policy authoring, cross-departmental program management, and direct community engagement.

Developed and now implementing the Long Beach AI Strategy 2025 — the city's first comprehensive framework for responsible AI adoption.
Directed Cornell Tech's Public Interest Technology Initiative, overseeing a $5M portfolio, securing $7M in new funding, and placing 50+ technologists in mission-driven roles.
Managed strategic initiatives for the NYC Open Data Program, improving data quality across 3,000+ public datasets and launching community engagement programs.
Serving as Board Member at the Center for Family Support, applying emerging technology and data analytics to empower individuals with disabilities and their families.
